Robert Corti, executive vice president and chief financial officer, will retire from Avon Products, Inc. after 30 years with the company. Corti will remain with the company through the first quarter of 2006 in a non-finance related capacity to assist with the transition.

Replacing Corti is Charles Cramb, formerly of Gillette. He will join Avon Nov. 1 in the newly created position of executive vice president, finance and technology, and chief financial officer. More information: www.avoncompany.com.
